• If seeking ABA therapy, we will explain the insurance process and required documents.

Step 3: Insurance & Documentation (For ABA Therapy Clients)

To proceed with therapy services, we will:
✔ Obtain your insurance information to verify coverage.
✔ Request diagnostic reports and other medical documentation.
✔ Contact your insurance provider to obtain the required authorization for ABA therapy.
✔ Inform you of approval timelines and any additional steps needed.

Step 4: Assessment & Planning

• A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct an initial assessment (FBA) to determine your child’s strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.
• We will develop a personalized ABA therapy plan tailored to your child’s needs.

Step 5: Start Services

• Once insurance authorization is approved, we will begin ABA therapy sessions in your home, school, or community setting.
